Mono Privacy Policy
Mono ("the App") respects user privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the policy below.

2. Plans and data handling
Free plan (anonymous, local-only)
- All posts, notes, and tasks are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers.
- No account is required. We do not collect a user identifier.
Pro plan (signed in)
- To enable cross-device sync, your data is stored on our servers (Cloudflare D1, in Asia-Pacific).
- Authentication uses Sign in with Apple or Google. We never store your password — only the identifier returned by the provider, and your email address when provided by you.
- App Store purchase receipts are processed solely to verify your subscription status.
3. Purpose of use
- Operating, maintaining, and improving the App and its services
- Authentication, billing, and subscription management
- Responding to user inquiries
4. Third-party sharing and processing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law. The following service providers process data on our behalf as needed to operate the service:
- Cloudflare (hosting and database)
- Apple, Google (authentication)
- Apple (in-app purchases)
5. Storage location and retention
- Server data is stored in Cloudflare's Asia-Pacific region.
- When you delete your account, all server-side data tied to that account is permanently deleted.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time from inside the App, or by contacting support@hellomono.app.
7. Children's privacy
This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Security
Communications between the App and our servers are encrypted with HTTPS. We follow appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on our website.
